Electrical mechanic

E.M.S. SEIMEC INC. in Saint-Léonard, QC is seeking a self-motivated Electrical mechanic. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Term or contractFull time. Required shifts: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment.
• The candidate must troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
• The candidate must replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components.
• The candidate must perform on-site servicing and repair.
• The candidate must test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
