DeLong Farms in New Germany, NS is seeking a self-motivated Egg grader. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
