Asia Eavestroughing is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Eavestrough installation contractor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must set up machines and equipment.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
