Bright Minds Early Learning Centre in Fredericton, NB is seeking a self-motivated Early childhood educator (ECE). We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must assess the children’s development in order to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
• The candidate must develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
• The candidate must maintain daycare equipment.
• The candidate must encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
• The candidate must engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
• The candidate must plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
