Drug store delivery driver

Sherwood Drug Mart (2010) INC. in Charlottetown, PE is inviting applications for the position of Drug store delivery driver. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
• The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items and products.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must prepare, package, and restock goods.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must sort packages for delivery.
• The candidate must follow directions and read maps.
• The candidate must use maps and other trip planning aids.
• The candidate must pay and receive payments for goods.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must stock shelves and display areas.
• The candidate must perform cashiering duties.
• The candidate must place stock on shelves.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

• The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy, busy place to work, with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, working alongside many forklift truck drivers who are moving pallets between shelves.
