Remorquage Val-D'or is situated in Val-d'Or, QC and is hiring a Driver, tow truck to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must drive lighter, special purpose trucks.
• The candidate must oversee the condition of vehicles and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.

• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

Transportation/travel information

• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
