Ebert Welding Limited in New Liskeard, ON is seeking a self-motivated Drafting technician, design. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, , 08:00 to 16:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare engineering designs and drawings.
• The candidate must read blueprints to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must develop and prepare design sketches.
• The candidate must prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and tenders.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must examine drawings for conformity and errors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
