JGN Bunty Trucking Ltd is situated in Rocky View, AB and is hiring a Dispatcher, trucks to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll records, and other summaries.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must monitor personnel workloads and locations.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
• The candidate must follow up on issues with work orders.
• The candidate must keep track of shipments.
• The candidate must schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
