TRIDENT TRANSPORTATION INC in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a self-motivated Dispatcher, motor vehicles. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must monitor personnel workloads and locations.
• The candidate must advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.
• The candidate must assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
• The candidate must follow up on issues with work orders.
• The candidate must maintain vehicle operator work records.
• The candidate must process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
• The candidate must record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
• The candidate must schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
