Job Description

• The candidate must administer nutrition plans for food preparation and service programs.
• The candidate must conduct research to improve nutritional programs and food services.
• The candidate must determine the appropriate dietary plan when an individual prescription identifies nutrition as a key factor in the treatment of a disease.
• The candidate must evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to enhance health.
• The candidate must monitor nutritional status of individuals on treatment plans.
• The candidate must aid in the prevention of inadequate nutrition.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
