Dental laboratory technician

Lab Dentaire Montreal Inc. in Montréal, QC is seeking a self-motivated Dental laboratory technician. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must design dental devices.
• The candidate must fabricate and repair dental crowns, bridges and implants.
• The candidate must modify dental devices including full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands.
• The candidate must prepare plaster models and moulds.
• The candidate must cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases.
• The candidate must maintain and order supplies.
• The candidate must finish metal framework of dentures.
• The candidate must prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays.
• The candidate must polish and buff dentures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
