Dreamland Childcare ( Bolton, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Daycare director. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct the delivery of social and community service programs.
• The candidate must hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff.
• The candidate must establish administrative procedures.
• The candidate must plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment.
• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
• The candidate must provide coaching.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• The candidate must attend staff meetings to discuss the progress and challenges of children.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
