Bright Learners Academy- Sundance in Calgary, AB is inviting applications for the position of Daycare director. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct the delivery of social and community service programs.
• The candidate must hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff.
• The candidate must direct and advise professional and non-professional staff.
• The candidate must establish administrative procedures.
• The candidate must participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups.
• The candidate must plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
