The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
The candidate must research and document data requirements, data collection, administration policy, and data access rules.
The candidate must write scripts for stored procedures and database triggers.
The candidate must research and evaluate a variety of software products.
The candidate must meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
