Stonecreek Farms LTD. in Woodham, ON is seeking a self-motivated Dairy herdsperson. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor animal health.
• The candidate must treat livestock health issues.
• The candidate must feed and tend animals.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must milk cows.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
