Portofino Bakery Ltd in Saanichton, BC is seeking a self-motivated Custodian. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must perform minor repairs on appliances.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
