Countertop installer

SurfaceWorx Corp. ( Etobicoke, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Countertop installer. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must install interior prefabricated products.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must repair and service interior prefabricated products.
• The candidate must determine layout and installation procedures.
• The candidate must document and prepare invoices and work orders.
• The candidate must measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
• The candidate must load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must utilize hand and power tools.
• The candidate must erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
