The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
