• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens et la food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, et la handling sur food.

• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff et la helpers.
