Pacini ( Saint-Hyacinthe, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
