Happiness Thai Restaurant is situated in Penticton, BC and is hiring a Cook's helper to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Casual employment - Part time employment. Flexible availability required for: Evening, On call, Flexible hours, , 16:00 to 20:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must handle and store cleaning products.
• The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
