Smitty's in Olds, AB is seeking a self-motivated Cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
