Hotel & Suites Monte-Cristo in L'Ancienne-Lorette, QC is seeking a self-motivated Cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
