Restaurant Chester Poulet frit ( Ville-Marie, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must cook meals as required.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
