CORKY'S IRISH PUB is situated in Chilliwack, BC and is hiring a Cook to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a bar to prepare and serve drinks to customers in liquor-licensed premises such as bars, nightclubs, hotels, and restaurants.
