Allo mon coco ( Pointe-aux-Trembles, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
