Job Description

The candidate must coordinate special events.
The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Equivalent professional experience accepted.
