Québec Resto ( Chicoutimi, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
