Conveyor belt splicer - rubber products manufacturing

Quality Belt Maintenance Ltd. ( Welland, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Conveyor belt splicer - rubber products manufacturing. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must check and monitor product quality.
• The candidate must operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
• The candidate must inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• The candidate must make minor adjustments or repairs to products.
• The candidate must adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
