Les Productions Expert'ease Inc. is situated in Anjou, QC and is hiring a Convention and special events planner to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist in preparing financial reports.
• The candidate must develop risk management plans.
• The candidate must prepare, present, and manage budgets.
• The candidate must review bids and negotiate costs.
• The candidate must coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events.
• The candidate must plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits.
• The candidate must plan schedules, goals, and objectives.
• The candidate must manage event logistics.
