Now hiring: Convenience store cashier at PIONEER ENERGY in Blenheim, ON. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Evening, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
• The candidate must scan items.
• The candidate must receive payment for goods or services.
• The candidate must calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
• The candidate must stock shelves and clean counter areas.
• The candidate must greet customers.
• The candidate must wrap or place merchandise in bags.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
