Couverture Montréal-Nord Ltée in Saint-Léonard, QC is seeking a self-motivated Construction project manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
• The candidate must develop and implement quality control programs.
• The candidate must oversee the analysis of data and information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
