Job Description
- The candidate must coordinate subcontractor activities.
- The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
- The candidate must select trade subcontractors.
- The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
- The candidate must hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
- The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
- The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- The candidate must establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
- The candidate must operate CADD and other computer software systems.
- The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
- The candidate must direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- The candidate must develop and implement quality control programs.
- The candidate must develop risk management plans.
- The candidate must prepare reports.
