The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
The candidate must direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
The candidate must prepare reports.
The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements
