Construction labourer

Tollestrup Construction (2005) Inc. is situated in Lethbridge, AB and is hiring a Construction labourer to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must pave and rake asphalt.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must direct traffic at or near construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be hardworking.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
