Construction labourer

Cal & Mel Renovations ( Watrous, SK) is currently looking for a skilled Construction labourer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Flexible hours, , 09:00 to 17:00 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must read blueprints to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
• The candidate must pave and rake asphalt.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• The candidate must direct traffic at or near construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.

• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
