Construction labourer

MOORE BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LTD is situated in Bedford, NS and is hiring a Construction labourer to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must assist the medical examiner in charge.
• The candidate must assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
• The candidate must assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
• The candidate must level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be hardworking.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
