Construction labourer and helper

Mo & Charles Inc ( Stoney Creek, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Construction labourer and helper. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Work Site Environment
