Construction labourer and helper

IMC Construction Ltd. in Red Deer, AB is seeking a self-motivated Construction labourer and helper. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must record information on products inspected.
• The candidate must install hardware such as knobs and hinges.
• The candidate must pack items for shipping and distribution.
• The candidate must trim, smooth, and shape surfaces.
• The candidate must mark defective parts or products for repair.
• The candidate must administer first aid in emergency situations.
• The candidate must make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products.

• The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
