Construction helper

SEAL-IT GROUP is situated in Milton, ON and is hiring a Construction helper to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must direct traffic at or near construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be hardworking.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must work on a construction site.
