Job Description

The candidate must allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
The candidate must authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
The candidate must coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
The candidate must establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
The candidate must establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
The candidate must represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions.
The candidate must select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
