Concrete finishing foreman/woman

Any-Wall Concrete Forming Inc. in North York, ON is seeking a self-motivated Concrete finishing foreman/woman. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
• The candidate must work in residential settings, performing tasks on one-, two-, and three-family dwellings.
