ARC PROGRAMS LTD. in Nakusp, BC is seeking a self-motivated Community worker. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform administrative and office activities.
• The candidate must liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a community agency to deliver programs, coordinate services, and support individuals and families.
• The candidate must work in a social service or charity agency, delivering programs and support that address community needs and promote social welfare.
