Centre plein-air Le Norvégien ( Jonquière, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Co-ordinator, recreational activities. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff.
• The candidate must coordinate special events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in a recreational facility/institution; having a recreational area is one of the best ways of managing employees and improving team morale in the workplace.
