Client service supervisor

La Vie en Rose is situated in Montréal, QC and is hiring a Client service supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
