Client service supervisor

Quick Truck Lube & Oil Ltd in Ayr, ON is seeking a self-motivated Client service supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• The candidate must identify workers’ training needs.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
