Ontario Public Service in Thorold, ON is seeking a self-motivated Cleaner. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Required shifts: Shift, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must stock linen closets.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect elevators.
• The candidate must attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean changing rooms and showers.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
