Maryhazel/John Buenaventura ( Brampton, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Child caregiver - private home. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available, , 13:00 to 20:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
• The candidate must wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
• The candidate must discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
• The candidate must instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• The candidate must keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
• The candidate must maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• The candidate must organize activities such as games and outings for children.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must prepare infants and children for rest periods.
• The candidate must supervise and care for children.
• The candidate must be responsible for transporting children safely to and from school, as well as to scheduled appointments.
• The candidate must attend to the emotional well-being of children.
• The candidate must help children with homework.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.

• The work environment is smoke-free.

• The candidate must work at the employer's home.
