Catering service manager

5 Star Catering Ltd ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Catering service manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must coordinate special events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
