Cashier

Now hiring: Cashier at Supertemp in Halifax, NS. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Term or contractFull time position. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
• The candidate must tabulate total payment for goods or services required.
• The candidate must receive payment for goods or services.
• The candidate must greet customers.
• The candidate must wrap or place merchandise in bags.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must monitor all entrances and exits and request proof of payment when necessary.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
